Hi Lone Star Rescue,

Check out these happy pictures of Porter, formerly known as Buddy Hackett-rescued last summer in Bellaire- and adopted by lucky us in October. As you can judge by his funny smile on picture 1, Porter has nicely adapted to his new life. He is an AWESOME dog, who always wants to play, gets jealous of the computer, loves to go rollerblading and socializing with neighborhood kids and dogs, and pees on the carpet once in a while ;) (hey, nobody's perfect)

He is the greatest dog we could have hoped for, and a very handsome one too!

Buddy is a sweet-natured and gentle young boxer. He has been nicely tolerating the two small children in his foster home who like to prod and play with him. He walks pretty well on a lead and seems to be house trained. He is crate trained, playful and wiggly the way every respectable boxer should be! His foster mom reports that he has fit easily into family life.
