Hi...my name is Roxy! I'm a calm, sweet boxer girl who is approximately 6 years old. Before I get started with my sales pitch, I'd like to point out my adorable underbite! I recently found myself as a single mother living outside in a pen with my babies....until a nice lady from LSBR came and rescued me!
Now I'm in a wonderful foster home with a 1 1/2 year old little boy who I absolutely adore! My foster mom says that I'm great with the little guy and, although there are no other dogs in my foster home, she thinks I would do just fine in a home with other dogs.
I guess you could say that I'm a little shy and timid at first but once I get to know you, I'm such a love muffin! One thing my foster mom has found is that I fear loud noises and will run from them. My new family will need to be careful of this...especially around 4th of July! I'm crate trained, house broken, great on a leash and know some basic commands.
I love being around people and, like all boxers, I love to love and be loved! That's why I am really excited about finding that special place to call my own where I will be an important part of the family!
