My name is Roury and as you can tell from my picture, I'm a distinguished mature fellow aged at 8 years old but me.....I love people and get along very well with other dogs. In fact, I enjoy having other dogs to play with.
I am a smart boy....I know how to 'sit', 'shake', 'come', and 'lay down', I respond to the word 'no' and I'm housebroken. I'm not a big 'barker'...but I will alert you when someone comes to the door and stop when I'm told! I absolutely love attention....but that goes without saying since I'm a boxer, right?! And while I am crate trained, I can be trusted outside of my crate. One of my favorite past times is playing fetch and I'm really good at it....I actually bring it back and 'drop it' when told! I'm an all around perfect house guest in my foster home.....darn near the perfect dog!
I was sad to lose the family that I had loved and protected for so many years but they taught me how to be a good boy and, because of that, I know that I'll easily fit in to a new home. Now I look forward to finding that new family that I can love and protect and bring much joy and happiness to throughout my golden years.
