Lone Star Boxer Rescue is the Houston Chapter of Austin Boxer Rescue, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the boxer breed. LSBR/ABR is run and managed 100% by volunteers since 1999. Our main objective is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home boxers that come to us from many sources including local animal shelters, owner surrenders, and strays. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to allow us to save more dogs in need throughout the state of Texas.

ADOPTON PENDING!

Meet Roxy (9 yo boxer) & Buddy (10 yo corgi/beagle).....we are a bonded pair of pups that are in search of a new forever home to spend our golden years!  The family we have lived with our entire lives are moving and their circumstances prevented them from taking us.  

We are both house trained, very sweet, well mannered and know basic commands.  We are very confused being displaced as we are.  We are looking for a new home that will accept us both and love and pamper us throughout our golden years! 

Note:  Lump on Roxy's back is benign and being drained.
